Viola E. Brown nee Donius, 95, of Waterloo, IL formerly of Fults, IL, died October 28, 2015, in Waterloo, IL. She was born May 26, 1920, in Renault, IL.

She is survived by her son Gary (Joyce) Brown; grandsons Rick (Amy) Brown and Jason (Jamie) Brown; great grandchildren Seth, Kiara, & Hailie; sister-in-law Bernice Donius; nieces, nephews, & cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents George W. & Elizabeth (nee Melching) Donius; husband Raymond H. Brown; brothers George C. Donius, Harry Donius, and Edwin H. Donius; and sister Frieda Steibel.

Visitation will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Church – Renault, IL from 9 AM to 11 AM Monday November 2, 2015.

Funeral will be at 11 AM Monday November 2, 2015 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church - Renault, IL with Pastor Terry Grebing officiating and burial will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Renault, IL.

Viola was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church - Renault, IL, Ladies Aid, Volunteer at Nice Twice, loved quilting, flowers, cooking, & an avid card player.
