He is survived by his wife Mary Blake (nee Eldridge); children Nicole Ring, Jimmy (Kara) Rinhart, and Amber (Levi) Roy; grandchildren Ian Pacult, Aubrey Roy, Genevieve Roy, and Ayson Ring; sister Sharon Striebel; brothers Ronald Blake, Dennis Blake, and Kevin Blake; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Irene (nee Williams) Blake.
