Sarah E. Wilde

Sarah E. Wilde, nee Stoddard, 74, of Columbia, IL, died May 2, 2024, in St. Louis, MO. She was born June 8, 1949, in Oak Park, IL.

She is survived by her children Heather Helfer and David (Abigail) Wilde; grandchildren Jolson and Austin Helfer; Isaac and Ada Wilde; brother John (Cathy Patrick) Stoddard; sister-in-law  Mary Ann Koch; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carlyle Wilde and brother-in-law Arthur Koch.

Sarah was a member of St. Paul UCC in Columbia, IL and was active in the choir. She enjoyed reading historical fiction and watching song birds.
