She is survived by her sister Wendy Gassner; and nephew Steven Jarvis

She is preceded in death by her parents Emil J. and Henrietta (nee Kaufmann) Gassner.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church - Waterloo, VFW Auxiliary, lover of all animals and a Cardinal baseball fan.
