Sandra  L.  Metzger, nee Colvis, 72, of Waterloo, IL, died May 29, 2016, in Freeburg. She was born November 6, 1943, in St. Louis, MO.

    She is survived by her children Steve (Lisa) Metzger, Dwayne Metzger, & Bryan (Laura) Metzger; grandchildren Mallory (John), Alex (Bert), Samantha, Evan (Bekka), Trevor, Blake, Ellie, Reid, Melissa & Jayson; great grandchildren Hailey, Luci, Hunter, Charlotte, Diego, Emiliana, Ziggie, & Emilio; brothers Joe (Joyce) Colvis & Jesse (Jeannie) Colvis; sisters Carol (James) Milligan, & Debra (James) Hankammer; brother-in-law Charles (Rosalie) Metzger; sister-in-law Sandra Metzger; nieces; nephews; & cousins.

    She is preceded in death by her parents Jesse & Margaret (nee Demster) Colvis; husband Louis E. Metzger; father-in-law & mother-in-law Oliver & Elvira Metzger; & brother-in-law Edward Metzger.

    Sandra was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, & longtime owner of Metzger's Deli & Catering.
