Ruthmarie Polansky, nee Cleeremans, 76, of Waterloo, IL, died October 24, 2017, in St. Louis, MO. She was born July 13, 1941, in Green Bay, WI.
She is survived by her children Robert (Linda) Polansky, and James (Elizabeth) Polanzke; grandchildren Joshua Polansky, Sarah (Drew) Sappenfield, and Rebecca Polanzke; great grandchild Adalynn Sappenfield; mother Alyce Cleeremans; sister Judith (Daryl) Murken; nieces, nephews; and cousins.
Ruth is preceded in death by her father Clarence Cleeremans.
She is a member of Christ Community Church - Columbia, IL.
