He is survived by his children Johnna (Ryan Moeller) Soeder & Josh (Kim) Walker; granddaughter Audrey Walker; sister Patsy Pollard; brother Mark Walker; sister Donna (Scotty) Thrasher; sister Sandra Jenkins; nieces; nephews; and cousin.
Rufus was preceded in death by his parents Rufus B. & Dorothy L. (nee Benton) Walker and brother Keith (Karen) Walker.
He was a United States Army Veteran.
