Roy C. Werner, 93, of Waterloo, IL, died October 18, 2015, in St. Louis, MO. He was born September 17, 1922, in St. Louis, MO.
He is survived by his wife Judy Werner (nee Capestro); children Tom (Susan) Werner and Wendy Werner; step-son Michael Wilcox; 4 grandchildren David (Chole) Werner, Elizabeth (John) Scofano, Hilary Wilcox, and Marshall Wilcox; 3 great grandchildren Ezekiel Werner, Luca Scafano, and Elana Scafano.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Edna (nee Wielt) Werner.
A Celebration of Roy’s Life will be held at 6 PM on Saturday December 5, 2015
at The Falls in Columbia, IL.

Roy was the owner of Redwing Saddlebreed Farm LLC, a member of the American Saddlebred Horse Association, American Saddlebred Museum, National Coil Coating Assocation, and a World War II Army veteran.
