Ronnie Lee "Big R" Glessner

Ronnie Lee "Big R" Glessner, 65, of Columbia, IL and longtime resident of Waterloo, IL, died April 20, 2023, in O' Fallon, IL. He was born October 16, 1957, in Red Bud, IL.

    He is survived by his daughters Stacey Marie Glessner and Amy (Robert) Miller; grandchildren Haylee Glessner-Ferrell, Dustin Miller, and Brittney Crook; great grandchildren Kinlee Roscow, Deakin Lloyd, and Wyatt Lloyd.

    Ronnie is preceded in death by his son Joshua R. Glessner; father Lee Singleton & mother Florence M. Glessner; grandmother Josephine Glessner and grandfather William Glessner, The Glessner's John, Jacob, William, Frances Lee, Margaret, and many others throughout Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Iowa, & cousin "Brookie" Brueggman.

    He was a member of Waterloo, IL Laborer's Union Local 196 for several years, he loved nature, camping, fishing, being at the River, and the local Rendezvous. He cherished his friendships and family.
