Roland L. Muench

Roland  L.  Muench, 87, of Waterloo, IL, died June 11, 2016, in St. Louis, MO. He was born April 10, 1929, in Baldwin, IL.

    He is survived by his wife Ruby Muench nee Steinsieck (married October 8, 1950); children Susanne (Rob) Stenger & Steven (Caroline) Muench; grandchildren Bryan (Elizabeth) Metz & Tiffany (Craig) Schultheis; great grandchildren Tessa, Kehrington, & Kegan Schultheis, & Claire Metz; brother Vernon (Evelyn) Meunch; sisters-in-law JoAnn Yarbourgh & Darlene Steinsieck; nieces; nephews; & cousins.

    He is preceded in death by his parents George & Hilda (nee Winter) Muench, & brothers Kenneth & Ervin Muench.

    Roland was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, American Legion, Last Man's Club, US Army Veteran, & former electric lineman.
