Richard K.  Hoffmann, 90, of Fults, IL, died May 31, 2017, in Red Bud, IL. He was born June 4, 1926, in Burksville, IL.

    He is survived by his wife Marilyn G. Hoffmann (nee Rabbermann); children Wilmer (Edna Sue) Hoffmann, Karen (Steve) Jacobs, Dale Hoffmann, & Dean Hoffmann; grandchildren Teri (Collin) Becker, Jeremy (Julie) Hoffmann, Tracy (Matthew) York, Ryan (Krista) Jacobs, & Jennifer (Derrick) DeWilde; great grandchildren Dustin, Lukas, Becker, Makenna York, Louis, Cooper, & Jordyn DeWilde; sisters Verna Trost & Pearl Graves; brother Marvin (Catherine) Hoffmann; nieces; nephews; & cousins.

    Richard is preceded in death by his parents Gustav & Hilda (nee Schultheis) Hoffmann; sister Gloria Esther (Lionel) Mund; and brother-in-law Arthur Trost.

    Richard was a member of Zion UCC - St. Joe, church board, Monroe County Farm Bureau, and retired farmer.

    4 PM to 8 PM Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Quernheim Funeral Home
    10 AM until time of service Friday

    11 AM Friday, June 2, 2017 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo, IL

    Interment at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo, IL
