Raymond Joseph "Joe" Ripplinger, 63, of Red Bud, IL, died November 4, 2016, in Belleville, IL. He was born December 26, 1952, in E. St. Louis, IL.
He is survived by his wife Deborah L. Ripplinger; children Charles Ripplinger, Jacob (Lindsay) Ripplinger, Ethan (Anna) Ripplinger; grandchildren Alexis Hicks, Trinity Ripplinger; sister Barbara (Anton) Vodvarka; longtime friend Billy Roscow; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond Jacob & Mary (nee Staub) Ripplinger.
Joe was a member of the Concord Presbyterian Church, one of his proudest achievements was becoming a Deacon of the Church, retired from M - K-T "Katy" Railroad, avid hunter and fisherman, and loved watching Alabama Football - Roll Tide.
