Raymond A. Frame Sr., 71, of Waterloo, IL, died March 13, 2025, in Waterloo, IL. He was born June 16, 1953, in St. Louis, MO.

He is survived by his daughters Rachel Burt and Ashley (Timothy) Whatley; grandchildren Blake Frame, Haley Frame, Kaiden Frame-Burt, Blaise Frame-Burt, Wyatt Burt, Ava Burt, Jack Whatley, Josie Frame, and Ellie Frame; sisters Donna (Ed) Fricker, Joyce (Bob) Downey, Barbara (Gary) Biggs, and Denise (Fred) Manning; nieces; nephews; great nieces; and great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Jean (nee Becker) Frame; daughter Lisa Dawn Frame; son Raymond A. Frame Jr.; brother Steven Frame; and nephew John Jason Woods.

Raymond loved fishing, golfing, and visiting his country property. He got great joy from enjoying the outdoors.
