Pauline "Penny" Singleton, nee Pinkley, 82, of Waterloo, Illinois, died January 2, 2016, in Waterloo, IL. She was born April 23, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan.
She is survived by her children Clifford Louis Singleton; & Patricia Lee Burns; grandchildren Keith Christopher (Jill) Singleton, Amy Lynn Singleton, Natasha Marie Burns, Clinton Louis Singleton, & Natalie Louise Singleton; great grandchildren; twin sister Lorine (Shelby) Lashley; & brother Howard (Mary) Pinkley.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jewell Lee Singleton; son Christopher Ward Singleton, and a great grandson Cameron Curran.
Pauline was a member of St. Paul UCC, Noble Grand of Tripp Rebekah Lodge 642, Monroe County Electoral Judge, Vice President of Waterloo Sportsman's Ladies Auxiliary, Nurse and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician, Medical Self-Help Training Course and CPR Graduate School (1967), graduate of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Course of IL (1983), Senior Citizen Club of Waterloo, IL, Woodmen of the World (Judicial Officer), Lifedata Medical Service (Paramedical Examiner), Woodmen Camp of West Frankfort, IL (Camp Nurse), Blood Bank Volunteer, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (R.S.V.P.), & teacher at Leal Elementary School for 2nd & 3rd Grades (McAllen, TX)
