Mavis V. Grimm, nee Moore, 88, of Waterloo, IL, died February 24, 2025, in Waterloo, IL. She was born April 16, 1936, in Percy, IL.

She is survived by her children Vickie Jaeger, Mary Grimm, Bill Grimm, Donald Grimm, Sue Grimm; grandchildren Korena Burtlesman, Christina Karr, Paul Grimm, Lacy Barban, Tracy Maul, Eli Phelps, and Ryan Grimm; great grandchildren Olivia Karr, Audrey Phelps, Jace Phelps, Vanesa Grimm, Theodore Grimm, Ava Jane, Hudson Maul, Riley Madison, Collin Minton, Megan Weber, and Dylan Weber; sister Juanita Ritter; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents Vallie and Myrtle (nee Willis) Moore; sister Helen, Dorthy, Margorie, and Mildred; Brothers Bill, Tom, and Robert.

Mavis was a home healthcare worker CNA at St. Mary's in East St. Louis, IL and also a CNA at Monroe County Nursing Home.
