Lowell F. Clifton

Lowell F.  Clifton, 78, of Waterloo, IL, died January 17, 2017, in St. Louis, MO. He was born December 23, 1938, in Sparta, IL.

    He is survived by his wife Delrita "Tina" Clifton (nee Claro); children John (Lori) Clifton, Brian Clifton, & Michael "Mike" (Ann) Clifton; step children Phillip (Becky) Dannehold, Kathy (Jim) Blockyou, Wendy Dannehold, and Jimmie (Karen) Dannehold; grandchildren; great grandchildren; brother Ralph (Veronica) Clifton; good friend Jerry McCauley; sister-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

    He is preceded in death by his parents Dwight L. & Thelma (nee Miller) Clifton; sister Joyce Clifton; brothers Larry & Charles Clifton; stepson William "Billy" Dannehold; and grandpa Bob.

    Lowell was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church - Columbia, 32nd Degree Master Mason Gothic Lodge #852, Ainad Shriner - E. St. Louis, retired from Conrail (Roselake Yard) - Fairmont City, IL, an avid fisherman, and loved his family and friends.

    9 AM until time of service Friday

    10 AM Friday, January 20, 2017 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo, IL
