Lorine C.  Horn nee Nobbe, 92, of Waterloo, Illinois, died March 11, 2016, in Waterloo, IL. She was born June 16, 1923, in St. Louis, MO.

    She is survived by her children Sharon (Robert) Osterhage, Don (Sandi) Horn; son-in-law Don Smith; grandchildren, Kay (Gary) Brown, Terry (Sheila) Smith, Todd (Lucy) Osterhage, Angie (Billy) Onder, Joe (Cindy) Ivy, & James Ivy; great grandchildren Jesse (Karien) Conyers, Christina Smith, Kelsey & Ashley Osterhage, Will, Alexis, & Tyler Onder; great great grandchildren; sister-in-law Esther (Vernon) Brandt; cousin Bernell Konradi; nieces, nephews, & cousins.

    Preceded in death by parents Edward & Louise (nee Gentsch) Nobbe; husband Walter C. Horn (died July 5, 1999), daughter Janet Smith (died May 4, 2014); brothers Wilbert & Vernon Nobbe, & sister Dorothy Hume.

    She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church - Waterloo, owner of L & W Childrens Shop, Ladies Aid, & volunteer for many church activities.
