Lisa F. Biffar, nee Andres, 59, of Waterloo, IL, died June 23, 2023, in St. Louis, MO. She was born December 7, 1963, in Red Bud, IL.
She is survived by her children Nicole (Doug Hays) Deaton, Kelly (David) Chomhirun, and Magdalen Biffar (fiance Austin Sabo); grandchildren Jakob Deaton, Liam Hays, and Kylie and Brin Chomhirun; sisters and brothers Sherry Homenick, Geri Horn, Kevin Andres, Veronica (Kevin) Neff, and Scott (Michelle) Andres; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Leon L. Biffar; parents Gerald Andres & V. Louise Carr; brother Adam in infancy; uncle Elmer Carr; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Sylvester and Leona Biffar (nee Weber).
Lisa was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church in Waterloo, IL.
