Lee W. Prange, 90, of Modoc, Illinois, died October 24, 2023, in Chester, IL. He was born July 27, 1933, in Kidd, IL.
He is survived by his wife Ardell L. Prange nee Hoffmann; children Lynden (Karen) Prange and Mark Prange; grandchildren Aaron (Jenny) Prange, Lauren (Matt) Schellhardt, & Adam (Allie) Prange; 7 great grandchildren; sister Verna Mae Doerr; and sister-in-law Sheryl Prange.
Lee is preceded in death by his son Steven D. Prange; parents Walter H. & Leona K. (nee Wild) Prange; brother Merrill Prange; stepfather Henry Benton; and brother-in-law Kenneth Doerr.
He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church - Renault; American Legion Post 1215; Randolph County Farm Bureau; and Levee Commissioner.
