John E. Toenjes

John E.  Toenjes, 73, of Waterloo, IL, died May 4, 2016, in Belleville, IL. He was born August 22, 1942, in Red Bud, IL.

    He is survived by his wife Diann Toenjes (nee Plymale); children Michael (Karen) Toenjes and Lisa (Wesley) Lloyd; step-son Dean (Renee) Urspruch; step-daughter Holly (Travis) Kelling; many grandchildren & great grandchildren; brother Roger (Elaine) Toenjes; sister Marilyn (Gary) Lively; nieces, nephews, & cousins.

    He is preceded in death by his parents John B. and Rose L. (nee Kaestner) Toenjes; and daughter Deborah A. Langston.

    John was a retired heavy equipment mechanic, former member of Waterloo JC's, Odd Fellows, & Maeystown Sportsmans Club.
