Jimmie L. Thompson, 56, of Cahokia, IL, died August 29, 2022, in Cahokia, IL. He was born April 30, 1966, in Granite City, IL.

    He is survived by his stepfather Elliot Hern; sisters Juanita (Lori) Biffar and Loletia (Randy) Forester; half brother Shane Thompson; step sister Kathy Jackson; step brothers James Gibson and Jeffrey Gibson; step children; nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; and cousins. 

    Jimmie is preceded in death by his mother Linda Hern and father Jimmy (Becky) Thompson; and step brother Kenneth Hall.
