Glenn Rodenberg, 83, of Waterloo, IL, died November 26, 2015, in Columbia, IL. He was born November 18, 1932, in Fults, IL.
He is survived by his wife Audrey Rodenberg nee Wehmeier; children Karen (Lynden) Prange, Diane (Dan) Weber, & Brian Rodenberg; grandchildren Aaron (Jenny) Prange, Lauren (Matt) Schellhardt, Adam Prange (Allie Haller), & Dustin Weber (Haley Fallon); nieces & nephews Lyn May, Donna (Dennis) Underwood, Joann ("Chuck") Steppig, & Danny May (fiancée Ginger); niece-in-law Karla May; great nieces and nephews, great great niece, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents Walter C. and Bertha (nee Wortmann) Rodenberg, daughter Nancy E. Rodenberg, sister Shirley May, brother-in-law Vernon May, niece Sandra May, & nephew David May.
Visitation will be from 2 PM to 7:30 PM Sunday November 29, 2015 at Quernheim Funeral Home and from 9 AM until time of service Monday at St. Paul United Church of Christ - Waterloo, IL.
Funeral will be at 10 AM Monday November 30, 2015, at St. Paul United Church of Christ - Waterloo, IL, with Pastor James Watson officiating, and burial will be at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo, IL.
Glenn was a member of St. Paul UCC – Waterloo, a rural mail carrier in Waterloo from Nov. 1959 – Jan. 1988, avid hunter, taught Sunday school and Bible study for a total of 50 years, enjoyed the company of people and welcomed them into his life.
