Frank J. "Junior" Duffy, 83, of Waterloo, Illinois, died September 12, 2016, in Waterloo, IL. He was born February 26, 1933, in Valmeyer, IL.

    He is survived by his special nieces and nephew Dennis (Tammy) Duffy, Debra (Craig) Berning, and Deann (Tim) Berning; sister-in-law Roseann Duffy; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

    He is preceded in death by Frank and Hilda (nee Rubemeyer) Duffy Sr.; brothers Hilton, Kenny, Lloyd, and Gerald Duffy.

    Frank enjoyed playing cards and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
