Doris M. Kohnz, nee Mueller, 97, of Waterloo, IL, died May 5, 2023, in Waterloo, IL. She was born August 18, 1925, in Monroe County, IL.

 She is survived by her son Danny (Betty) Kohnz; daughter-in-law Patsy (Daniel) Sondag; grandchildren Stephanie Shields, Garrett Kohnz, Brian (Patty) Lenhardt, Lisa (Scott) Schumacher, Stephen (Laura) Lenhardt; great grandchildren Garrison (Kelsey), Ethan, and Collin Shields, Garren and Hannah Kohnz, Jessica (Justin) Miller and Brett Lenhardt, Logan, Griffin, & Kiara Lenhardt, and Brendan (Jordyn) & Madison Schumacher; and great great grandchildren Lily and Brantley Miller and Levi Kohnz.

 Doris is preceded in death by her husband Stanley J. Kohnz; son Gary S. Kohnz; sisters Berniece E. Sondag and Marzella Rippelmeyer; brothers Arnold, Orvis Mueller, and Milford in infancy.

 She was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church and Waterloo VFW Auxilliary
