He is survived by his fiancé Jennifer Wild;  mother Geneva Werth (nee Monroe); sister Lynda (Darin) Points; stepchildren Emily, William, & Michael Wild; niece; nephews; aunt; & cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father Donald J. Werth Sr.

Donald was a member of Lodge #684 A.F. & A.M., Moolah Shrine, Scottish Rite Masons.
