Darrel R. "Bud" Rippelmeyer, 76, of Belleville, IL, died November 19, 2017, in Maeystown, IL. He was born June 18, 1941, in Maeystown, IL.

He is survived by his wife Donna Rippelmeyer (nee Pollock); children Brian (Rebecca) Rippelmeyer, & Michelle (Todd) Morris; grandchildren Jedediah Rippelmeyer, Haley, Jacob, & Samantha Morris; sister Marlene (Leroy) Vogel-Karsten; niece Susan Vogel; nephew Scott Vogel; & cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arnold H. and Arlou (nee Hoerr) Rippelmeyer; brother-in-law Norbert Vogel; & niece Gwen Vogel.

Darrel was a member of Morris Lodge #787, Shriner Ainad Temple, Scottish Rite, retired from AT&T - Construction Foreman, Hank's Excavating - Superintendent, he was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and fish.
