She is survived by her husband Terry Boren; sons William "Bill" (Missy) Reinhold & Tyler (Diana) Reinhold; stepson Terry Boren Jr.; stepdaughters Robin (Jamie) Siler, & LeaAnn (Ben) Wienhoff; adoptive mother Maxine Melching (friend Charles Weber); brothers Roger, Gregory, & Richard (Becky) Melching; half sisters Sharon Siebert & Susan (Danny) Pellicano; stepmother Evelyn Siebert; step sister Lori (Siebert) Morey; stepbrothers Doug, Terry, & Tim Siebert; step grandchildren, aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Norma Jean Siebert; father Burl Wesley Siebert; stepfather Roger F. Melching Sr.; brothers-in-law Jerry, Frank, JD, & Ken Boren; sister-in-law Bertine Clark; & grandparents Burl & Bonnie Siebert.
