Cindy Neff, nee Voges, 59, of Waterloo, Illinois, died January 22, 2016, at her home in Waterloo, IL, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born June 26, 1956, in San Bernidino, CA.
She is survived by her husband Myron Neff; children Raylene (David) Lindley, Jeff (Kristy) Neff, Ben (Mary) Neff, & Matthew (Laura) Sebastian; grandchildren Avry Sebastian, Colin Sebastian, Savannah Cowsert, Landon Cowsert, Milla Neff, Jackson Neff, Troy Neff, & Drew Neff; and her sisters and brothers Toni (Pete) Rozich, Cathy Meitner, Lisa Talley, Mike (Marsha) Voges, Karen Salger, & Stanley (Carol) Wilcox.
She is preceded by her mother Ruth Jealene Vickers; father Virgil August Voges; and a very special step-mom Shirleen Voges.
Cindy was member of the Monroe County Farm Bureau.
