Catherine R. "Kay" Conley, nee Suess, 85, of Waterloo, IL, formerly of Wentzville, MO, died July 8, 2023, in Waterloo, IL. She was born May 4, 1938, in St. Louis, MO.

    She is survived by her husband Edmund H. Conley; children Edmund Scott Conley and Susan L. Conley; grandchildren Willey (Cortnie) Hulett VI, Jessica (Greg) Floarke, Megan Conley, & Ryan Conley; great grandchildren Harper & Hunter, Zayn, and Willey VII; sister Barbara (Kim) Rascher; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

    She is preceded in death by her parents George & Mary (nee Cepak) Suess; brother; and sisters.
