Billea  Otten, 95, of Columbia, IL, died April 23, 2015 in St. Louis, MO. She was born July 16, 1919 in St. Louis, MO.

She is survived by her children Roy (Diane) Otten, Marvel (Teresa Rusteberg) Otten, David (Ellen) Otten, and Rosalie (Allen) Kern, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents the late Charles B. & Ota Lea (nee Ward) Hack, husband Leroy H. Otten, son Jerry Otten, granddaughter Michelle Otten, grandson Terry Otten, great granddaughter Lindsey Otten.

Private family services will be held.
