Alois A. Rohlfing, 89, of Fults, IL, died July 11, 2015 in Waterloo, IL. He was born December 10, 1925 in Harrisonville, IL.

He is survived by his children Ronald (Cathy) Rohlfing, Allyn (Trudi) Rohlfing, Wayne Rohlfing, & Gene (Amy) Rohlfing, grandchildren Justin (Cody) Rohlfing, Garrett (Elise) Rohlfing, Brooke Zingrich, Chris Rohlfing, Scott Rohlfing, Dan Rohlfing, Alex Rohlfing, Derek Hoffmann, & Claire Hoffmann, great grandchildren Trey Rohlfing, Sydnee Zingrich, Breck Rohlfing, & Callie Rohlfing, nephew Robert Rohlfing Jr. & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Albert H. & Emma K. (nee Rippelmeyer) Rohlfing, wife Lavern E. Rohlfing nee Brandt, & brother Robert L. Rohlfing Sr.

Visitation will be at Quernheim Funeral Home from 4 PM to 8 PM Monday July 13, 2015 and St. John UCC – Maeystown, IL from 9 AM until time of service July 14, 2015.

Funeral will be at 10 AM Tuesday July 14, 2015 at St. John United Church of Christ Maeystown, IL with Pastor Patrick Poole officiating and burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Maeystown, IL.

Alois was a member of St. John United Church of Christ - Maeystown, IL, Monroe County Farm Bureau, Monroe County ASC (past president), MonClair Grain Board member, Polled Hereford Association, Maeystown Baseball Club, and a retired farmer.
