Alexander Sokalsky

Alexander  Sokalsky, 66, of Waterloo, IL, died November 14, 2015, in Waterloo, IL. He was born November 27, 1948, in St. Albans, NY.

He is survived by his wife Linda K. Sokalsky nee Watkins; children Amanda (Matt) Lorin, & Leigh Anne Sokalsky; brothers Mark Cronovich, Peter John (Teri) Cronovich, & Mathew Cronovich (Patrick Cody); sister Regina (Frank) Abel; very special great great niece Kory; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alexander & Rita (nee Regh) Sokalsky, sister Rosanna Cronovich.

Visitation will be from 4 PM to 8 PM Tuesday November 17, 2015 and 8 AM to 9:45 AM Wednesday at Quernheim Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM Wednesday November 18, 2015, at St. Patrick Church in Tipton, IL, with Father John Kizhakedan officiating, and burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.

Alexander was an active member of St. Patrick Church - Tipton, IL, Knights of Columbus #1334, volunteer at soup kitchens, & a US Army veteran.
